YouTuber arrested for harassing women in a viral ‘prank’ video
Gujranwala: A YouTuber from Gujranwala Khan Ali who harassed and intimidated women in public has been booked and arrested.
The news was confirmed by the focal person to Chief Minister Punjab on Digital Media, Azhar Mashwani in which Ali can be seen in handcuffs apologizing for his behavior
"I am apologising because I used women in my videos with the aim of increasing the number of my followers," he can be heard saying.

The action was taken after Ali’s video went viral on social media in which he can be seen asking women to take duppatas. After the video went viral, several people called relevant authorities to take strict action against him.
Later a police report was filed against the YouTuber in which complainant said that he saw him along with three unidentified companions harassing women outside a girl’s college in Gakhar Mandi.
"He was behaving in a lewd manner in the middle of the road, taking off their dupattas and leaving them exposed, while his friends were recording it on video," states the FIR.
The complainant maintained that when he tried to stop the YouTuber, he took out his hand pistol and used abusive language against him.
Ali’s video, which was originally posted on TikTok, had gained over 226,000 views on Twitter. He has The over 300,000 subscribers on his channel on YouTube and is also popular on TikTok.
