Man killed, four hurt in DI Khan explosion
According to rescue officials, cause of the explosion could not be ascertained as yet
DI Khan: In an unfortunate incident, a man was killed, while three children and a woman were injured in a blast took place in Gilani Town of Dera Ismail Khan division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Saturday.
According to the rescue officials, the cause of the explosion could not be ascertained as yet.
The spokesperson of the rescue team stated that their medical and disaster rescue vehicles responded immediately under the directives of Emergency Officer Nomanullah and District Emergency Officer Engineer Faseehullah.
All the wounded and the dead body were shifted to the nearby hospital. The rescue team remained at the site to clear the rubble, told the official.
It is pertinent to note that in the month of July, gas leak at Islamia University Bahawalpur injured seven, damaging building.
