Application has been filed regarding the July fuel price adjustment

Islamabad: The government has indicated the possibility of a slight reduction in the per unit price of electricity for one month.
The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has filed a request with the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) for a monthly fuel price adjustment of Rs0.31 per unit.
The application has been filed regarding the July fuel price adjustment, which will be heard by the NEPRA on August 28.
