Afghan peace process has entered critical phase: FM
Islamabad: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that the Afghan peace process has entered into a critical phase.
According to details, Shah Mahmood Qureshi attended Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey where he met foreign ministers of various countries.
In a statement, foreign minister said that Pakistan will continue to play role to make Afghan peace process successful.
“Peace in Afghanistan is one of the priorities of regional countries. I was able to present Pakistan's position on the Afghan issue at the recently held Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey. The world acknowledges Pakistan's role for peace and stability,” he said.
Shah Mehmood said that Pakistan has effectively highlighted Kashmir dispute at the international forums. He said that Kashmiri people have rejected the Indian illegal steps of 5th August 2019.
