Everyone will have to play their role for peace in Balochistan

Quetta: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday vowed to eliminate all terrorists from the country, saying there is no question of showing any leniency towards the enemy of country.
He was talking to the apex committee meeting in Quetta.
Prime Minister reaffirmed government’s commitment to ensuring national security and peace. “Everyone will have to play their role for peace and tranquility in Balochistan,” he said,
“Some officers hesitate to be posted in Balochistan,” said the PM while adding that government will pay incentive to the officials posted in Balochistan.
“We will end the terrorism with the support of nation. Only through unity and collective effort can the country achieve lasting stability and security,” PM emphasized.
Earlier the apex committee unequivocally condemned the cowardly terrorist attacks targeting innocent Pakistanis and resolved to intensify counter-terrorism efforts in the province, leveraging multi-domain resources to eradicate terrorism.
A comprehensive review of the security situation in Balochistan and ongoing operations against terrorists was conducted, and the committee decided to further solidify intelligence sharing and coordination among Security Forces and law enforcement agencies.
The forum also agreed to enhance the capacity of the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), Police, Levies, and associated departments.
The Prime Minister and Army Chief reaffirmed their resolve to prevent inimical forces from disrupting the hard-earned peace and development of Balochistan at any cost.
The Committee vowed to bring the planners, instigators, facilitators, and perpetrators of the cowardly attacks to justice, ensuring the protection of citizens' lives and properties at all costs.
