IHC releases judges’ duty roster for next week
According to the roster, Chief Justice of IHC will not be available due to vacations
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Saturday released the Judges Duty Roster for next week.
Following the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Deputy Registrar issued the Judges Duty Roster.
According to the duty roster, only three judges will be available next week from September 2-6. Three single and one-division benches have been formed to hear the cases next week. Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan will hear the cases next week. Justice Saman Rifat Imtiaz will be available on September 2 only.
According to the roster, five judges, including the Chief Justice of IHC, will not be available due to vacations. Next week, a special division bench and a larger bench will also be available as per the need.
It is pertinent to note that summer vacation in Islamabad High Court is till September 10.
