Administrative department writes a letter to the authorities concerned for provision of Rs2b funds in this regard

Karachi: Sindh government decided to buy 138 double cabin vehicles for its assistant commissioners, the sources close to the development said on Wednesday.
The sources said that the provincial administration sought Rs2 billion to buy the vehicles.
“Luxury cars will be bought for the assistant commissioners across the province,” said the sources. They said that the administrative department concerned also wrote a letter to the finance department for the funds.
The authorities through the letter demanded that it needed to buy 138 4x4 double cabin vehicles which would be given to ACs posted across Sindh.
The vehicle purchased by the Sindh government cost more than Rs10 million.
