Court extended the interim bail of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and adjourned the hearing till September 19


Islamabad: The interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in six cases and his wife Bushra Bibi in one case has been extended.
In District and Sessions Courts Islamabad, PTI founder Imran Khan's six and Bushra Bibi's bail applications were heard in one case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka heard the petitions. Advocate Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary appeared before the court on behalf of Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi.
The response of the jail authorities could not be submitted for not presenting Imran Khan via video link and the court again summoned a report from the jail authorities for his non-attendance.
During the hearing, the lawyer of the founder PTI requested that there is a hearing on four bail applications in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore today. The interim bail should be extended and the hearing on the bail applications should be kept for the future.
Later, the District and Sessions Court Islamabad extended the interim bail of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and adjourned the hearing of the case till September 19.
