Karsaz accident: Matter settles between parties, bail granted
Affidavit states that matters have been settled between us, we have forgiven the accused in the name of Allah
Karachi: The matters have been settled between the parties in the Karsaz accident case and the accused Natasha has been granted bail by the court.
The heirs of deceased Imran Arif and Amina Arif have prepared affidavits, which will be presented today in the hearing of the accused's bail application.
On behalf of the heirs of the father and daughter who died in the accident, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be submitted by the wife of Imran Arif on the bail application of the accused.
NOCs will also be submitted on behalf of Imran Arif's son Osama Arif and his daughter.
The affidavit states that matters have been settled between us, we have forgiven the accused in the name of Allah, the Most Merciful.
In the affidavit of the victim's family, it is said that we have no objection to granting bail to the accused, the accident that happened was not deliberate, and we have given this certificate without any pressure. What we have said in the affidavit, is correct.
It is pertinent to note that on August 20, a father and daughter riding a motorcycle were killed by a high-speed vehicle on Karsaz Road. Amina Arif, who died in the accident, was the youngest and the most pampered in the house, her father sold snacks to pay her education expenses.
