Court adjourned the hearing on bail applications of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi till Monday

Islamabad: Former Prime Minister and founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan said regarding the Supreme Court's decision to restore the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments that the Toshakhana II case has ended with the Supreme Court decision.
While talking to the media in Adiala Jail, he stated: “Congratulations to the government on NRO II, I should be happy with this decision. The 190-million-pound case is also about to end”.
He added that the NAB Ordinance was violated because these cases were not made by us. All the cases of Shehbaz Sharif were old, only the sugar scandal case of Maqsood janitor was made during our time. The public representatives ended their corruption cases by passing the law, their job is to protect the nation's money.
Imran Khan further said that it has become impossible to catch white-collar crime through NAB amendments, the ways of theft have been opened by this law. There are 7,000 prisoners in Adiala Jail, and none of them will benefit with this. NAB amendments benefit those who steal billions.
“I will take Nazir Butt and Inam Shah and the investigating officer of Toshakhana to court because of whom my wife has been in jail for seven months, added Khan.
He said that the price of the necklace worth Rs180 million was estimated at Rs3.18 billion.
