Court ordered not to arrest the PTI founder's wife in any case for 14 days

Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) approved the protective bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder's wife Bushra Bibi in the case of providing details of cases. The court also ordered not to arrest her in any case for 14 days.
Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah of PHC heard the appeal of Bushra to provide details of the cases.
The lawyer of Bushra Bibi told the court that cases had been registered against her in all four provinces. On which the court inquired if there was any case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The details of the cases listed in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), and other institutions should be provided.
The court asked the lawyer whether they could give the bail for other provinces. On which, the lawyer said that if someone asks for protection from the court, the court can grant bail.
The court asked explanation for providing bail for the rest of the provinces. Lawyer Bushra Bibi told the court that they had given transit guarantees to the people of Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
The court granted the bail of Bushra Bibi and asked the relevant authorities for the details of the cases registered against the petitioner, while the court ordered not to arrest the PTI founder's wife in any case for 14 days.
Later, Bushra Bibi withdrew the transit bail application, saying that after protective bail, there is no need for transit bail. Bushra Bibi left the court after bail in all cases.
