Usman Kakar: Balochistan govt to constitute judicial commission to probe PkMAP leader's death
Quetta: The Balochistan government is planning to constitute a judicial commission to probe the death of senator Usman Khan Kakar of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP).

Sources say names of two judges from the Balochistan High Court (BHC), namely Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Zaheer Ud Din Kakar have been proposed to be the members of the commission,
A notification has been issued by the provincial Home and Tribal Affairs Department in this regard.

The notification says the senator "passed away on June 23", following which his family "claims that the death seems to be unnatural and merits inquiry for the cause of death".
Keeping in view the importance of the case, a judicial commission may be constituted under Sub Section-1 of Section (3) Of the Balochistan Tribunals of Inquiry Ordinance 1969, comprising the aforementioned judges, who will ascertain the cause of death of the late senator, it further states
It requested that the nominations be conveyed to the honourable judges so that the commission be notified.
