Lahore still ranks second in pollution
Green Lockdown has been implemented in a few areas to control the increasing pollution
Lahore: The city of Gardens Lahore is ranked at the second place in terms of pollution on Friday also.
The average smog rate in the provincial capital has been recorded at 209, the Air Quality Index (AQI) of Syed Maratab Ali Road area of Lahore has reached 253, Johar Town 247, and DHA's AQI 29.
Green Lockdown has been implemented in a few areas to control the increasing pollution in the city.
Due to the increasing air pollution, diseases are also spreading rapidly. Medical experts have instructed the public to take precautionary measures to avoid the harm of smog.
