M. Yunus stated that Bangladesh will ensure justice for every killing in the riots

Dhaka: Bangladesh's interim government's chief advisor Dr Muhammad Yunus said that they will demand India for the extradition of fugitive former Prime Minister Hasina Wajid.
Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus addressed the nation on Sunday, marking 100 days of the interim government in Bangladesh.
Muhammad Yunus stated in his address that Bangladesh will ensure justice for every killing in the riots and will also ask India to send ousted autocrat Sheikh Hasina back.
It is pertinent to note that former Bangladeshi Prime Minister Hasina Wajid resigned on August 5 and fled to India.
Hasina resigned after nationwide student protests against the controversial quota system. 1,500 people, including students, were killed and more than 19,000 injured in protests against her government.
