Karachi: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) is setting records, for the first time in history and the 100 Index has crossed the 99,000 mark on Friday.
During business, the 100 Index of the stock exchange increased by 2,274 points trading at 99,602 points. At one point during financial transactions, the 100 Index also reached 99,623 points at one time. At one point during financial trading, the 100 index also reached 99,623 points.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday, 969.9 million shares were traded in the market for Rs35.16 billion, and market capitalization increased by Rs196 billion to Rs12,525 billion.
