People are facing difficulties due to low gas pressure in Ziarat, Quetta, and Kalat in the blood-curdling cold.
In Karachi, the cold has also increased due to chilly winds, and severe cold is prevailing across Punjab including Lahore.
After snowfall in Murree, the cold has increased, while intermittent snowfall continues in the upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Meteorological Department has predicted a decrease in rain and snowfall in the current season, while it has also indicated an increase in cold from the second week of January.
