Gandapur's non-bailable arrest warrant suspended
His lawyer stated that PHC has granted bail to Ali Amin in all cases
Rawalpindi: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The ATC of Rawalpindi has suspended the arrest warrant issued in the case registered in Hassan Abdal against Ali Amin Gandapur.
Ali Amin’s lawyer Muhammad Faisal Malik filed a petition to suspend the arrest warrant, stating that the Peshawar High Court has granted bail to Ali Amin Gandapur in all the cases.
His lawyer submitted the Peshawar High Court order in the court, after which the court suspended the non-bailable arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The Anti-Terrorism Court also canceled the proceedings to declare Ali Amin Gandapur a fugitive.
