Spokesperson said that PIA considers safety of its flight operations essential

Karachi: Fog has affected the flight operations of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in various parts of the country.
According to a PIA spokesperson, flights to Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, and Sialkot are being affected due to fog. Passengers are requested to register a valid and active contact number at the time of booking for the flight.
The spokesperson further said that PIA considers the safety of its flight operations essential. In case of delay in a flight affected by fog, cooperate with the aircraft and ground staff.
Non-cooperation by passengers with the staff during flight delays can cause further delays in the departure of the flight. Passengers can get timely information about their flights from PIA’s call center or website, he added.
