Strolling crocodile sparks panic in Indian village
In a frightening incident, villagers in India's southern state of Karnataka were in for a shock when they found a giant crocodile sauntering down the street.
A crocodile was spotted at a village in India on Thursday, triggering panic among the residents of the area.
Reportedly, the reptile had entered the village from a nearby river.
A video of the incident, which is now being widely circulated on several social media platforms, features the beast wandering around.

However, people alerted the forest officials, who rushed to the spot to rescue the crocodile. Wildlife officials released it back into the river.
