Court expressed agitation against her for not implementing court order


Islamabad: Bushra Bibi, wife of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, has had her bail applications rejected in three cases.
Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka of Sessions Court Islamabad heard the interim bail applications of Bushra Bibi. Prosecutor Iqbal Kakar and defense lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry appeared in the court.
During the hearing, lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry filed a request for Bushra Bibi to be excused from appearing, to which prosecutor Iqbal Kakar told the court that she had not even submitted her bail bonds.
Judge Afzal asked the defense lawyer about the bail bonds. To which lawyer Khalid Yousuf said that the decision on the 190-million-pound reference is today, therefore, Bushra Bibi has to go to Adiala Jail.
The court expressed its agitation and said that you are not implementing the court order. Your three interim bail applications are dismissed.
It is pertinent to note that cases were registered against former First Lady Bushra Bibi for the November 26 protest.
On the other hand, in the case registered at Ramna police station, the court approved Bushra Bibi's bail application till January 23.
