On this occasion, CJP Yahya Afridi said that every judge of the Supreme Court is independent, they should not be bracketed. There should be criticism of judges but constructive.

The authority of the High Court is highly respected and the District Judiciary is under the High Court. There will be no direct interference in the authority of the High Court or the subordinate judiciary. The delivery of justice can be improved by changing the direction of the Supreme Court.
