Number of bunkers in Kurram is more than 250, and 30 have been demolished so far


Peshawar: The process of demolishing bunkers is ongoing in Kurram to establish peace and order and now the process of demolishing bunkers has also started in Upper Kurram.
The district administration says that according to the decision of the jirga, the process of demolishing bunkers is ongoing in the Kurram district, and after Lower Kurram, bunkers are now being demolished in Upper Kurram as well.
According to the district administration, two bunkers have been demolished in Pewar, Gedu, and Upper Kurram, while 28 bunkers have been demolished in Lower Kurram so far.
According to reports, the number of bunkers in Kurram is more than 250, where 30 have been demolished so far.
It is pertinent to note that after the jirga for peace in Kurram, it was decided to dismantle bunkers in Kurram in the apex committee meeting and this clause was also included in the agreement between the parties.
On the other hand, convoys are continuing to depart for Kurram to deliver food and other goods.
