When constables realized person in vehicle was CIA officer, they quickly fled scene


Muridke: A shooting incident in Muridke has resulted in the death of CIA Sub-Inspector Maratib Ali, who was shot by two constables from the Badami Bagh division in Lahore. The incident also caused a traffic accident, claiming two more lives.
According to police sources, Constables Jameed and Arslan were in Muridke looking for a suspect. Sub-Inspector Ali was traveling with his friend, Zakaullah, when the Investigation Police tried to stop their vehicle. Ali, thinking it was a robbery attempt, fled the scene. In response, Constables Jameed and Arslan opened fire on the vehicle, which led to the tragic accident.
When the constables realized the person in the vehicle was a CIA officer, they quickly fled the scene. Police are now working to arrest the absconding constables and their accomplice, Wasef, and expect them to be caught soon.
