Islamabad: A boat carrying Pakistani nationals has met with an accident near the coast of Libya.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Pakistani Embassy in Libya reported that the boat, carrying 65 Pakistani citizens, capsized near the port of Marsa Dila.
The spokesperson mentioned that the Pakistani Embassy has dispatched a team to the incident site, and efforts are underway to gather further details about the affected Pakistanis.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also activated its Crisis Management Unit to monitor the situation.
