IAEA Director described Pakistan’s nuclear energy program as one of the most successful programs in the world


Islamabad: International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director Rafael Mariano Grossi has described Pakistan’s nuclear energy program as one of the most successful programs in the world.
IAEA Director Rafael Mariano visited Chashma Power Plant Unit V and inaugurated the radioactive waste incinerator.
On this occasion, Rafael Grossi described Pakistan’s nuclear energy program as one of the most successful programs in the world.
He stressed the promotion of sustainable and low-carbon power generation through nuclear energy.
It is pertinent to note that Chashma Power Plant V will be a power plant generating 1200 MW of electricity from nuclear sources.
