Judge ordered him to appear in relevant courts


Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted protective bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub for 35 days in various cases.
A two-member bench of the PHC comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Abdul Fayaz heard the application filed by Omar Ayub for protective bail and details of the cases.
During the hearing, the Assistant Attorney General told the court that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has no inquiry against Omar Ayub, while eight First Information Reports (FIRs) have been registered with the Islamabad Police.
Later, the court granted protective bail to Omar for 35 days, ordering him to appear in the relevant courts and disposed of the application.
On this occasion, Omar Ayub said that more than 70 cases have been registered against him.
