(Web Desk): Gold prices have risen again in both global and local markets on Tuesday.
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $10, reaching $2,910.
Meanwhile, in local markets, the price of gold per tola went up by Rs 1,000, bringing it to Rs 304,200. The price of gold per 10 grams also saw a rise of Rs 857, reaching Rs 260,802.
Yesterday, gold prices had already increased, with the price per ounce in the global market rising by $17 to $2,900. Locally, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs 1,700, and the price per 10 grams increased by Rs 1,458.
Gold prices have now risen for the second day in a row, although they remain below recent record highs. The rise is mainly due to ongoing concerns about the impact of US President Donald Trump’s tariff plans, which have created economic uncertainty and increased demand for gold as a safe investment option.
