FIFA suspended PFF last month for not incorporating its amendments to the PFF constitution


FIFA, the world football governing body, has reinstated the membership of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) while lifting the ban on Pakistani teams from participating in international events.
FIFA suspended the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) last month for not incorporating its amendments to the PFF constitution.
However, the PFF Congress approved FIFA’s amendments in its special meeting, after which FIFA officially announced the lifting of Pakistan’s suspension.
The FIFA amendments aim to ensure transparent and democratic elections in Pakistan football.
Pakistan had previously faced FIFA’s suspension in 2021, but now Pakistan’s football has once again opened its doors to the world.
