Ramadan begins, weather pleasant in Lahore

Lahore: The rain-bearing system has entered Punjab including Lahore.

According to the Meteorological Department, light rain began in Lahore at the time of Sehri and continued intermittently. The weather will be cool and pleasant due to the rain.

Rain will continue in Lahore today and tomorrow. Rain is also likely in other areas of Punjab. The temperature in Lahore is likely to be a minimum of 13 degrees and a maximum of 24 degrees Celsius.

Rain and snowfall are expected in Murree and Galiyat. Because of the rain, the MD WASA has issued an alert for drainage. All operational staff have been instructed to remain in the field for drainage.
