Price of 24-carat pure gold per tola rises by Rs700, reaching Rs307,000


(Web Desk): The price of gold has increased by Rs700 across the country today.
According to the official news agency APP, the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association reported that the price of 24-carat pure gold per tola has risen by Rs700, reaching Rs307,000.
Similarly, the price of 24-carat 10 grams of gold increased by Rs601, selling for Rs263,203, while the price of 22-carat 10 grams of gold rose by Rs551, reaching Rs241,278.
Meanwhile, the prices of silver per tola and per 10 grams increased by Rs54 and Rs46, respectively, settling at Rs3,369 and Rs2,888.
The association reported that the price of gold per ounce in the international market increased by $5, reaching $2,916.
It is worth noting that yesterday, the price of gold in the country’s gold markets had surged by Rs4,800 per tola, reaching Rs306,300, and the price of 10 grams of gold had increased by Rs4,115, reaching Rs262,602.
In the international market, gold rose by $47 to $2,916 per ounce, which had an impact on Pakistan as well, causing the price of gold to reach a record high.
