Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to raise the issue of non-representation at the closing ceremony of the Champions Trophy with the ICC.
According to the media reports, the PCB will raise the issue of non-representation at the closing ceremony with the ICC. The PCB will ask the ICC why CEO Sameer Ahmed Syed was not invited to the closing ceremony.
Champions Trophy Tournament Director Sameer Ahmed Syed was present in Dubai, but despite his presence in Dubai, Pakistan was not represented at the closing ceremony of the Champions Trophy.
On the other hand, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi was supposed to attend the presentation of the final on behalf of the Pakistan Cricket Board, but he could not attend the final due to ill health.
