Important decisions will be made regarding establishment of peace in Balochistan


Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will pay an important visit to Balochistan today to review the situation after the Jaffar Express attack, reportedly.
According to media reports, Shehbaz Sharif will pay a one-day visit to Quetta along with federal ministers.
On the occasion of the visit to Quetta, the Prime Minister will chair a high-level security meeting in which a briefing will be given regarding the law and order situation in Balochistan, the terrorist attack on the Jaffar Express train in Bolan, and the rescue operation.
Important decisions will be taken in the meeting regarding the establishment of peace in Balochistan.
It is pertinent to note that the Director General (DG) of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif, has said that the hostage passengers of the Jaffar Express have been rescued and all 33 terrorists have been killed.
Speaking to a private TV, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said that on March 11, terrorists targeted the railway track in Bolan and stopped the Jaffar Express by targeting the railway track. Railway officials said that there were 440 people on the train.
According to Ahmed Sharif, no passenger was harmed during the clearance operation, but before the operation, 21 passengers were martyred in the brutality of the terrorists. Four FC soldiers were martyred, out of which three were martyred by the terrorists at a nearby picket before the clearance operation and one soldier was martyred during the operation yesterday.
