Price of 24-carat gold per tola increases by Rs2,550, reaching new high of Rs317,350

(Web Desk): Gold prices in both global and local markets have reached new historic highs.
According to the report, due to concerns over a potential global recession and the devaluation of major global currencies, there has been a rising trend in gold investments worldwide. As a result, the price of gold in the international market has surpassed $3,000 per ounce for the first time in history.
The price of gold in the international market reached a new record high of $3,022 per ounce, with an increase of $25. This surge in prices led to a rise in the local gold market as well, where the price of 24-carat gold per tola increased by Rs2,550, reaching a new high of Rs317,350.
The price of gold per 10 grams also rose by Rs2,186, reaching a new peak of Rs272,076.
Similarly, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs25, reaching Rs3,555, while the price of silver per 10 grams rose by Rs21, reaching Rs3,047.
