President Zardari announced special remission in prisoners’ sentences

Islamabad: The prisoners’ sentences have been reduced on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Pakistan Day.
President Asif Ali Zardari has announced special remission in prisoners’ sentences.
The President has reduced the sentences of prisoners by 180 days on Pakistan Day and Eid-ul-Fitr. Every year, reductions in prisoners’ sentences are also announced on Eid-ul-Adha and Independence Day.
