Enforcement of Section 144 in Peshawar will take effect immediately and remain in place for one month

Peshawar: The Deputy Commissioner of Peshawar has imposed Section 144 in the provincial capital for one month.
According to a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner's office, Section 144 has been implemented in the city, banning the sale of toy guns, fireworks, and similar items in Peshawar.
The notification states that violations will be dealt with under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
It further mentioned that the enforcement of Section 144 in Peshawar will take effect immediately and remain in place for one month.
