Two-day holiday has been declared in all schools because of bad weather


Chitral: Landslides have blocked roads in several areas due to heavy rains and snowfall in Chitral.
Heavy rains and snowfall continue in Chitral, causing hundreds of trees to fall and dozens of mud houses to collapse.
Electricity has also been suspended in several areas, while citizens face severe difficulties due to the bad weather.
Peach, almond, pear, and apple crops have also been destroyed due to rain and snowfall in Chitral.
According to the Deputy Commissioner, a two-day holiday has been declared in all schools across the district in view of the bad weather.
In addition, the Karakoram Highway has been closed in three places due to heavy rain and landslides in Kohistan and Chilas.
