The process of sending back Afghan refugees is being started today after the deadline for the voluntary return of Afghan refugees has expired.
According to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Home Department, the deadline for voluntary return of Afghan refugees has expired on March 31.
It is also reported that the process of sending back Afghan refugees is being started from April 1.
The reports also suggest that since 2013, 6.5 million Afghan refugees have been sent back to Afghanistan via the Torkham border.
