Special visa card will likely be available to public in less than two weeks


Washington: US President Donald Trump introduced a ‘gold card’ called ‘The Trump Card’. Not only this, but he became its first buyer.
According to foreign media reports, Donald Trump has converted the ‘EB-5’ immigrant investor visa program into a gold card, after which anyone can now buy US citizenship for 5 million US dollars.
According to media reports, the US President unveiled the ‘gold card’ during a press conference, on which his picture was printed.
He says that this special visa card will likely be available to the public in less than two weeks.
It is pertinent to note that the gold card will provide green card privileges, which is available for $5 million, and foreign investors who buy it will get US citizenship.
He added that 1 million cards are expected to be sold under this project. This move can also lead to immediate repayment of the national debt.
Notably, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick has claimed that he sold 1,000 gold cards in a single day, which benefited the US economy by $5 billion.
