10-year-old maid tortured to death by landlord in Jhang

Jhang: A landlord brutally tortured a 10-year-old maid with sticks, causing her to die, and the accused later threw the girl's body into a canal in Jhang,

According to the police, a case of kidnapping a maid was registered in Waryam police station on March 14. The local landlord was taken into custody for investigation on April 9. During interrogation, the arrested accused confessed to killing a 10-year-old girl who worked in the house.

Police said that the accused confessed to killing the girl and throwing her body into the canal. The accused tortured the maid with sticks for making a mess in the house. The girl died due to the accused's torture.

Police said that the mother and brother of the accused have also been taken into custody, while a search is underway to recover the girl's body from the canal.
