Police arrested victim’s son Danish, his wife Tuba, Danish’s friend Ayman and two accused


Karachi: A disobedient son paid a former security guard to kill his father in the Korangi, area of Karachi.
According to the details, a man named Syed Muhammad Mateen Khan was shot dead near his house on February 18, 2025, in Korangi 51-C under the limits of Zaman Town police station.
The police arrested the victim’s son Danish, his wife Tuba, Danish’s friend Ayman and two accused Muhammad Zarif and Shaheedullah involved in the incident and recovered a 9mm pistol and a motorcycle stolen from the limits of Korangi Industrial Area police station from their possession. Efforts are being made to arrest the main accused Sial Khan.
The police said that the victim Mateen worked as a cable worker and the accused Danish worked with his father. The accused Danish became friends with a woman named Ayman, after which he started manipulating money. When the accused’s father found out, he separated the accused Danish from work and threw him out of the house eight months ago, after which the accused went to live with his in-laws.
According to the police, when his in-laws convinced his father, he returned home and started working in Clifton, where he met a security guard named Sial Khan, a resident of Bannu and a professional accused. Sial Khan later left the job, but Danish kept in touch with him and started committing crimes with him.
The police said that two months ago, the accused had another argument with his father, over which his father insulted him, so he talked Sial into killing his father and settled the matter for Rs300,000.
