An FC official was killed by lightning

Peshawar: Bajaur, Khyber, Mardan, Malakand, Lower Dir, Mansehra, and other cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were hit by torrential rains and hailstorms, causing darkness during the day.
On Wednesday, a vehicle was swept away in a flash flood in Khyber district, while an FC official was killed by lightning.
A flash flood coming from the mountains in Batgram swept away several motorcycles, and heavy rains damaged gardens and crops. Power supply was also suspended in many areas.
Landi Kotal and its surrounding areas received heavy rains along with wind and hailstorms. Due to the heavy rain, rivers and canals overflowed. A vehicle was swept away in a flash flood in Landi Kotal Bazaar, but there were no casualties.
Light and heavy rains were also recorded in other districts of Punjab, including Jhelum, Hafizabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Gujrat. Two people died when walls collapsed in Jhelum.
On the other hand, many cities in Sindh and Balochistan are in the grip of intense heat.
The NDMA has warned that the heat will be intense across the country and rainfall will be less than normal.
