Thank God I refused to work in Indian ad, Saba Faisal
She stated that Pakistani artists, should also support our govt and homeland

Karachi: Senior Pakistani actress Saba Faisal has revealed that a few weeks ago she was offered to work in an advertisement for a well-known Indian brand, but fortunately she rejected the offer.
Saba Faisal recently appeared in Nida Yasir’s morning show, where she spoke openly about various issues.
The actress said that tensions between Pakistan and India have increased in recent days, and India has come down on baseless allegations.
According to her, just as the Indian government is accusing us after the incident in Pahalgam in occupied Kashmir, and the artists there are supporting their government, we should do the same.
She stated that we, Pakistani artists, should also support our government and homeland, give a clear message and answers to the allegations.
Referring to the recent Pak-India tension, she expressed gratitude for the fact that she had fortunately refused to work in an Indian advertisement a few weeks ago.
According to Saba Faisal, she does not know why she refused to work in the advertisement, but now she thinks it was a good decision.
The actress said that two months ago she was offered to work in an Indian advertisement, and initially she agreed to the offer and was ready to work, but later she was asked to audition, to which she excused herself.
Saba also stated that she was such a senior actress, she did not have time to audition, to which she directly forbade the director of the advertisement that she would not work in the advertisement.
She continued to share that after forbidding the director, his assistant called, and he was stunned as to how and why I refused to work in the advertisement.
The actress said that after the recent Pak-India tension, she thinks it was good that she refused to work in the Indian advertisement; if she had done the advertisement, she does not know what would have happened today.
