Rain is likely in some areas of South Punjab and Balochistan from May 2 to 5


Islamabad: Rain is likely in different parts of the country from today.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain is likely in Islamabad, Murree, Galiat, Upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir from today to May 4, while heavy rain and hail are also expected at some places.
Meanwhile, rain is likely in some areas of South Punjab and Balochistan from May 2 to 5, during which clouds may also rain in Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Khairpur, Tharparkar, Sanghar, and Umerkot.
Yesterday, the highest temperature in the country was recorded in Nawabshah at 49 degrees, Rahim Yar Khan, Khairpur, Padidan, Rohri, and Dadu at 48, Hyderabad, and Bahawalpur at 45, Multan at 44, Peshawar and Muzaffarabad at 41, Lahore at 40, and Karachi at 39 degrees Celsius.
Similarly, the maximum temperature was recorded in Islamabad at 38, Quetta at 37, and Gilgit at 34 degrees Celsius.
