Feeders tripped due to rain after 100 kmph wind gust in Lahore on Thursday

Lahore: Power outages continue in several cities of Punjab due to feeder trips caused by rain.
More than 565 feeders tripped due to rain after a 100 kmph wind gust in Lahore on Thursday.
150 feeders tripped due to rain in Faisalabad, while power has been restored to more than 80 percent of feeders in Islamabad after the rain.
Gujranwala, Gujarat, Mandi Bahauddin, Kamoki, Hafizabad, Sialkot, and Wazirabad areas have also been affected by rain. Chakwal, Jhelum, and Bahawalnagar also received rain.
In addition, there was heavy rain and hail in Mianwali, while one person died and four children were injured when a house wall collapsed in Sargodha.
