CM Maryam Nawaz distributes Easter grants to deserving Christian families in Punjab
Initiative ensures underprivileged families celebrate joyous occasion with dignity

(Web Desk): In a heartfelt gesture to support the Christian community during Easter, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz distributed special grants among deserving Christian families across the province, with a particular focus on her electoral constituency PP-159, Youhanabad.
The initiative aimed to ensure that underprivileged families could also celebrate the joyous occasion with dignity. The central distribution ceremony took place at the Community School in Youhanabad, where former MPA Shakeel Marcus Khokhar handed over Easter grant cheques to the beneficiaries.
Special appreciation was extended to Zeeshan Malik, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister; Federal Minister Rana Mubashir Iqbal; former Federal Minister Senator Kamran Michael; and Federal Minister Shabbir Ahmed Usmani for their active support in the initiative.
Following the main ceremony, additional cheque distribution events were held in various blocks of Youhanabad to reach more families. The events were attended by several community leaders.
The community expressed gratitude to CM Maryam Nawaz for this inclusive and compassionate effort.
