Rain with strong winds and thunderstorms are predicted in different areas


Lahore: Heavy and light rains have set the tone in different areas of Lahore, and the weather has become pleasant with the cool breeze blowing in the city.
Clouds rained in different areas of the provincial capital, Jail Road, Mall Road, Qurtaba Chowk, and other areas of the city, which has reduced the intensity of the heat, while clouds are still camped in the sky.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain with strong winds and thunderstorms in different areas.
Today, in addition to the partly cloudy weather in most parts of the country, there is a possibility of rain with strong winds and thunderstorms at a few places in Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Upper Sindh, North-East Balochistan, and the Potohar region. During this, there may be heavy rain and hail in some places.

Chitral, Shangla, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Bajaur, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda, Khyber, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Kohat, Waziristan, and Kurram are expected to be partly cloudy with the possibility of rain, strong winds, and thunderstorms. Heavy rain and hail may also occur at a few places.
Quetta, Chaman, Ziarat, Barkhan, Kohlu, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Noshki, Harnai, Zhob, Musakhel, Khuzdar, Lasbela, and Panjgur are expected to experience rain with strong winds and thunderstorms.
The weather is likely to remain hot and dry in most districts of Sindh. However, strong winds and thundershowers are likely in Umerkot, Tharparkar, Larkana, and Dadu.
The weather in Gilgit-Baltistan is likely to be partly cloudy, while Kashmir is likely to experience strong winds, thundershowers, heavy rain, and hailstorms at a few places.
