India forced to ceasefire after Pakistan’s retaliatory strikes, says CNN journalist

(Web Desk): US President Donald Trump’s announcement of a complete and immediate ceasefire between Pakistan and India has been confirmed by both countries; however, the reason behind it has been revealed by an American journalist.

Nick Robertson, a journalist associated with the American news network CNN, narrated how India was forced to agree to a ceasefire by surrendering in front of Pakistan.

Nick Robertson revealed that from the start of the hostilities, the entire world was making continuous efforts to broker a ceasefire, but India was unwilling to comply.

He further stated that in response to Indian aggression, Pakistan launched Operation Bunyan Mursus, during which a heavy barrage of attacks was carried out on India.

Pakistan not only crippled India’s defense systems but also launched a rain of missiles, which compelled India to come to the negotiating table.

At India’s request, the US Secretary of State contacted Saudi and Turkish officials, and the matter was resolved through diplomatic means, making the ceasefire possible.
