Section 144 CrPC is imposed because of prevailing security situation

Peshawar: The district administration has banned the use of drones and quadcopters in Peshawar.
According to a statement, the district administration has imposed Section 144 CrPC because of the prevailing security situation.
The decision has been taken to protect the lives and property of citizens, the security of important installations, and to prevent any kind of chaos or unrest.
The ban is effective for 30 days, and legal action will be taken under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) for violation.
