Price of 24-karat gold per tola rises by Rs3,700, bringing it to Rs344,200


(Web desk): Following a significant decline of over Rs10,000 the previous day, gold prices across the country saw an increase again today.
According to the state-run news agency APP, the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association reported that the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs3,700, bringing it to Rs344,200.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,173, reaching Rs295,096, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold became Rs2,821 more expensive, now priced at Rs270,514.
Meanwhile, silver prices also went up. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs82 to reach Rs3,482, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs71, bringing it to Rs2,985.
The association also reported that in the international market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $37, reaching $3,258.
It is worth noting that just a day earlier, gold prices had dropped sharply by Rs10,400 across Pakistan. The All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association had reported that the price of 24-karat gold per tola had fallen by Rs10,400 to Rs340,500.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold had decreased by Rs8,917, falling to Rs291,923.
