Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has asked Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman and Former President Asif Ali Zardari to submit a detailed reply in a New York apartment case.

According to details, the anti-corruption watchdog in a letter asked Zardari to provide detailed answers to a questionnaire given to him along with supporting documents pertaining to the case.
The letter read that the PPP leader has until July 16 to comply with the NAB’s directives.
On July 07, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted pre-arrest bail to Zardari in the apartment case and ordered PPP leader to submit indemnity bonds worth Rs. 0.5 million.
On July 05, Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari was issued a fresh notice by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in New York apartment case.
After anti-corruption watchdog served him a notice, the former president moved a bail petition in the IHC.
Attaching his medical report with the bail petition, the PPP leader had requested IHC to grant him pre-arrest bail until the trial of the case is concluded.
Asif Ali Zardari is facing a number of NAB references stemming from the fake bank accounts scam. He is presently out on bail in all these cases.
